GenAI X, Inc. is officially registered as d/b/a GPT DAO and is the official corporate source for GPT DAO / GPTDAO and GENAI SUMMIT / GenAI Summit authorization inquiries.

GenAI X, Inc. d/b/a GPT DAO has used the GPT DAO / GPTDAO and GENAI SUMMIT / GenAI Summit names in connection with AI community, media, and event services, including public event promotion, speaker programming, sponsor relationships, venue contracting, ticketing, and event operations.

GenAI X does not currently claim federal trademark registrations for GPT DAO or GENAI SUMMIT. GenAI X's position is based on prior public use in commerce, common-law/service-mark interests, public association, operational records, and the risk of confusion caused by third-party use of substantially identical names in the same AI event field.

Promotional materials implying GenAI X, GPT DAO, GPTDAO, GENAI SUMMIT, or GenAI Summit authorization, sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or continuity should be independently verified before reliance.

GenAI X preserves its company identity, event history, brand assets, community goodwill, and related intellectual property. Public materials implying authorization, sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or continuity should be verified before reliance.
